Maintainance:

Always put water  in the outer tray of the barbecue before starting and then put the oil tray and the heating element and then the grill.

Do not disassemble while the barbecue grill is plugged in. Safely remove the plug and let the element cool down first then remove it.

Do not wash the element. Wipe it with wet cloth when its completely cooled down.
